1. Audio and video display, playback and download services

   When you use the local music function of LAVA +, you will need to grant us access to your device storage/media and Apple Music, as well as the local music information on your device. We may access such permissions and collect such information in order to show you your local song information so that you can easily view and play your local music through LAVA +.

   When you use the search function, we may collect the words you search for, the browsing history and time, the duration of your searches, and the number of times you interact with them. We collect this information in order to provide you with content that you want and services that may be of greater interest to you.
4. Helping you complete registration and login
   In order to experience the richer and more complete LAVA + service, you can register and log in to your LAVA + account. You will need to provide basic registration or login information, including your cell phone number, verification code match results (sensitive personal information), and create your account, username and password.
5. Scanning QR code / taking photos and related editing functions
   When you use the scan QR code/take photo function, you will need to grant us access to your device's camera and storage, and collect the information you provide based on the images you upload after scanning the QR code and taking the photo. Your photos may contain sensitive personal information, so please be careful in providing them.
6. Recording video/recording function
   When you use the recording function, you will need to grant us access to your microphone, and we may collect your voice interaction information, recorded voice. Your voice information is personal and sensitive information, please be careful in providing it.
   If you use video recording related features, you also need to grant us access to your device's camera and storage， and collect the video information you provide based on the video uploaded after taking the video.
7. Location-based features and services
   If you use the add address feature or service for posting audio and video, you will need to grant us access to your location. Your location information is sensitive personal information, so please be careful in providing it.
8. Information posting function
   When you use the message posting function of LAVA +, we may collect your cell phone number and verification code matching result (sensitive personal information) according to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. At the same time, we may collect corresponding personal information and obtain corresponding permissions according to your posting behavior and the type of content posted. For example, when you post audio and video in Overseas Chinese New Village, you will need to grant us access to your camera and/or photo , storage , and to collect information about the photos or videos you may post (which may contain sensitive personal information). If you need to post your location at the same time, you will need to grant us access to your location, and collect your location information (personal sensitive information).
9. Friend recommendation function
   In order to recommend people you may know, you will need to grant us access to your phone's address book and collect relevant address book information (including contact names and corresponding contact information, friend list), so that we can recommend contacts in your address book to you. Your address book information and friend list are sensitive personal information, so please be careful in providing them. If you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use this function, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of LAVA +.
10. Message push function
    To identify unique users and ensure accurate delivery of messages, you will need to grant us access your device MAC address ; your device MAC address is personal and sensitive information, so please be careful in providing it, if you refuse to provide it, it will prevent you from using this function, but it does not affect your normal use of other functions of LAVA +. You can turn off the notification permission through the "Settings - System permission settings - Allow notification permission" page.
11. Providing security

To ensure the security of your operating environment or to provide the services, we may collect information about the mobile applications and other software you use, and you will need to grant us access to your software installation list . If you refuse to provide this information, it will prevent you from using this feature, but it will not affect your normal use of other features of LAVA +.

In the course of your use of our services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product suitability, provide you with basic services such as browsing and searching, ensure the normal operation of the services, and optimize the service experience, we may directly or indirectly collect, store and correlate information about the services you use and how you use them, including
